Noceravide

TM

Noceravide Kit for the Preparation of Technetium-99m Duramycin for Injection is a radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent for the detection of coincidentally externalized and exposed phosphatidylethanolamine (PE). Noceravide is indicated for the detection of pathophysiologic cell death and tissue damage in the forms of apoptosis (programmed cell death/cell suicide) and necrosis (nonspecific cell death). Noceravide has been used thus far in many applications including the evaluation of apoptosis and necrosis post-exposure to radioactivity and cytotoxic chemical entities, as well as in cardiovascular and oncological research and development.
